Fun Drills
Each program will participate in:
1) Showdown at the end of each day
2) 4 on 4 Friday scrimmage
Off-Ice Conditioning
Our extensive program is designed to get maximum performance out of athletes. Students work on specific drills to increase strengths, agility, balances, foot speed, endurance and plyometrics.
Videos and Video Analysis
Students are video taped daily and their performance is analyzed later in a classroom environment by a qualified instructor. This is followed by a lecture and discussion on the day's topic.
Performance Evaluation/Reports Cards
Students receive a report card at the end of the camp with a complete breakdown of their strengths and weaknesses. This summarizes any areas they may need improvement.
Prizes & Awards
At the closing of each school awards and prizes will be given to the "Most Dedicated", "Best Off Ice", "Most Improved" & "Showdown & Skills Competitions". Prizes may vary accordingly.
Special Guest Appearances
Guest appearances by NHL pros in certain locations (when available).
Skills Competition
Students compete in various categories in a challenging and healthy environment vying for the title of, "The Skills Competition Winner".
Meals
Students
must bring their own lunches and snacks except where indicated. Check with the arena for available concessions during camps for kids to buy their lunch.
Equipment/Dressing Room
Students are required to supply their own equipment. The staff upon request will help younger students who require assistance getting dressed.
Age/Gender
The school is open to both male and female players. Ages 6 and up are welcome.
Merchandise/Jersey
Students interested in purchasing school Jersey's, T-Shirts, Hats, Videos etc., should add your items to your registration order. Merchandise will be shipped directly to the address provided (allow 2-3 weeks for shipping).
