REGISTRATION INFORMATION

    STEP 1 - Register 'How To'
 

        On-line
    1. Go to schools - select your school  - fill out the correct information (it will walk you through each step).
    2. You will receive an emailed confirmation immediately - this is your invoice for income tax purposes (keep in a safe place).
        Fax
    1. Print off application (under "forms" section) and fill it out.
    2. Fax to 905-693-0158.
      1. You will receive a mailed confirmation.  Please allow 2-3 weeks (you may get an emailed confirmation if your email address is provided).
        Mail
    1. Print off application (under "forms" section) or request a brochure (refer to "contact us" section).
    2. Mail to:     264 Van Allen Gate Milton, ON L9T 5P2 Canada (use extra postage from US).
      1. You will receive a mailed confirmation.  Please allow 2-3 weeks (you may get an emailed confirmation if your email address is provided).
        Call
    1. Call toll free 1-877-434-6977 or local 905-693-4995.
      1. You will receive a mailed confirmation.   Please allow 2-3 weeks (you may get an emailed confirmation if your email address is provided).
    STEP 2 - After Registering


        Confirmation
    1. Your email confirmation will be your invoice to keep for your records or income tax records.
    2. You must download your "Welcome Letter/Check List" and the "Health & Behaviour" forms off the website under forms section. Fill out Health & Behaviour forms and send to Head Office by mail, fax or email.
    3. PLEASE DO NOT DUPLICATE YOUR REGISTRATIONS.  Without an email address your confirmation will be mailed to the address provided.

   
STEP 3 - Before the camp

         Payment    
    1. Registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration.
    2. No monies will be accepted on the first day of school, you should. You should be pre-registered with Head Office.
    3. Your pre-school registration time is 1 hour before your school scheduled time on the first day. This is where the students will meet their instructors and get their schedules for the rest of the week.
 WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT AT THE SCHOOL!!

Registration Payments

Full payment is required to register and can be paid by:
         1. Credit Card - Visa, Master Card
         2. Money Order (Certified Cheque)
         3. Personal cheque - accepted only if received by Head Office 60 days before camp start date.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be processed for any reason except for programs canceled by Rick Heinz Goalie & Hockey School, or unless cancellation insurance is purchased (see details below).

RHGHS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY SCHOOL AT ANYTIME DUE TO LOW REGISTRATIONS - IF A SCHOOL CANCELLATION OCCURS YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED - (You will have the option to transfer to another school or receive a full refund).  There are no reduction in fees for late arrivals, early departures or illness/injuries to OR from the goalie and hockey school.

   

Terms of Insurance

We have a 'NO REFUND' policy  - but we offer a non-refundable insurance for $25.00 plus applicable taxes.

    Details of Insurance: -

  • If your cancellation notice is 1 month before school start date. Amount refunded will be less a $50.00 administration fee.
  • If cancellation notice comes 1 month after your school start date. Amount refunded will be less $125.00 administration fee and cancellation fee.
  • If cancellation notice comes after school begins the fee will be $125.00 plus cost of each day attended.

Please Note:  CANCELLATION REASONS INCLUDE - ILLNESS, MEDICAL, ABSENTEES ETC... NO INSURANCE - NO REFUND

Conditions of Enrollment

Rick Heinz Goalie & Hockey Schools reserves the right to move students if they feel their choice of program is not within the evaluation guidelines dictated.  This program adjustment will be made with the STUDENT'S best interest in mind.

 

Discounts - (only one discount per application) Students may use only one of the following discounts on any application.

Early Bird Discount              
 $20.00 off      
Application must be received prior to April 15th.
Returning Discount
 $40.00 off
Students must be returning from previous year.
Hat Trick Discount
 $60.00 off
Students must be returning three consecutive years.
Multi-Week Discount
 $40.00 off
Students registering for more than one week in the same year.
Family Discount   $40.00 off
Family discounts are available for two or more members of the same family (does not apply to first family member).

Group Discounts - A group list of students or the applications must be sent in together.

 10 or more students
$80.00 off
