Fun Drills
Each program will participate in:
1) Showdown at the end of each day
2) 4 on 4 Friday scrimmage
Off-Ice Conditioning
Our extensive program is designed to get maximum performance out
of athletes. Students work on specific drills to increase strengths,
agility, balances, foot speed, endurance and plyometrics.
Videos and Video Analysis
Students are video taped daily and their performance is
analyzed later in a classroom environment by a qualified instructor.
This is followed by a lecture and discussion on the day's topic.
Performance Evaluation/Reports Cards
Students receive a report card at the end of the camp
with a complete breakdown of their strengths and weaknesses. This
summarizes any areas they may need improvement.
