Training Facility Policies

Training Facility and Camp policies are listed below.  Please read before registering for summer camps (facility or satellite), private training, small group programs or anything else offered by us.

It is crucial that every applicant read the below information as it will help answer many questions you may have regarding registration and for camp itself conducted by Rick Heinz Goalie and Hockey Schools in any satellite location or at the training facility.  If you have any questions please contact the office.

• Pre-camp registration is on Monday morning and is scheduled 45 min before your school start time at the satellite locations, and 30 minutes before start time at the training facility, please be on time. 

• All forms are expected to be downloaded during the registration process (health & behavior forms, daily camp schedule, student survey & the registration welcome letter) if you completed the registration through the online system.  Your purchase receipt that is emailed to you after payment is completed acts as your confirmation.  If you registered over the phone, or any other way these forms will all be emailed to you.  Please make sure that the email you provide is valid and if there are any changes please make sure that you let us know so that we can update things.  If you do not see it in your inbox please check spam and make sure that the rickheinz.com email address is one you allow.  Note that all receipts are stored in your account for up to 5 yrs.  If you ever need any old receipts, you can simply log in to your account on the system and download them as needed.  If you have any questions about this please contact the office

• Goalie Camp and Hockey Camp runs from Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated (see individual school location for notes).  Private training at the facility are booked in advance, there is a 24 hr cancellation policy in effect.  There are no rain dates for group sessions you have missed.

• Registration must be paid in full at time of registration unless you have made other arrangements with the office.  No personal cheque's are accepted.  We take Visa, MC, e transfer (emt@rickheinz.com) and money orders.

• All students must bring bag lunch unless other arrangements are made (see individual school location for notes).  We do not offer food on site.

• Schools listed are for both Goalies and Players unless otherwise stated (see individual school location for notes).

• PLEASE NOTE OUR REFUND POLICY- we do not offer refunds unless we cancel a program and there is not an option to reschedule(does not include postponement due to circumstances outside of our control).  Please take note of this prior to registering.  Under special situations we will offer credits for future camps/programs, but these are only in very unique situations.  For more details please contact the office.

• Please make sure that your email is set up to accept emails from noreply@pointstreak.com and @rickheinz.com, if your settings are not set to accept this address your confirmation and other important correspondence may go to spam.  Also, please note that we have several forms that you will need to download at the time of registration.  These are the health & behavior forms and waiver, which need to be completed and returned to the office prior to camp,  and the registration welcome letter that contains valuable camp information for you and your child.
